Event dates are usually confirmed 2 weeks in advance, but may be subject to change due to issues such as television or qualification for other competitions. The tickets we offer at VB Sports are valid for the event, regardless of when it is played.

Between 1 and 3 days before the event you will receive your tickets. Our team will contact you to coordinate the delivery of your tickets. The tickets we offer on our website are electronic and a smartphone mobile device is required for admission to the event. If the purchase is made the day before the event, we may have to send you the ticket on the day of the event, but don't worry, the tickets will always arrive on time!

VB Sports is an official reseller of all the events they offer, but they are not the organizer. We rely on them to send tickets to our customers.

If you place an order for more than 1 ticket, the seats will be side by side, unless we indicate otherwise in the event description.

We can offer tickets for large groups in some cases, just contact the VB Sports team so we can help you.

If the event is postponed, changes date and/or time, the tickets will still be valid for the new date and time. If the event is cancelled, don't worry, the tickets will be cancelled and we will proceed with the refund to the payment method used.

Once you have placed your order with VB Sports, it is important for you to know that all orders are considered final and no changes, cancellations or refunds are accepted. You will find more information about our Terms and Conditions here.

You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or you can finance through Klarna.

With every order placed with VB Sports, we will send you, along with your tickets, one (1) voucher worth 5€ that you can use in the city where the event is taking place, and only on the day of the event.

In the DOUBLE PACKAGE option (Ticket + Hotel), Uber voucher is valid for 15€.

For some matches, we offer Tickets + Hotel, which includes: 2 nights in a 4* hotel in a double room (1 bed) + 2 tickets together + Uber voucher of 15€

Breakfast is not included.
